About Me


Dr. Dwanna Swan is the CEO/President of CSA Enterprise, Inc. She is contracted with Texas HHS (Health and Human Services). As a HCS (Home and Community-based Services) and TxHmL (Texas Home Living Services) Provider, she provides a variety of services such as Host/Companion services, CFC (Community First Choice), Respite, Behavioral Services, and Day Hab while helping individual(s) with intellectual and profound disabilities achieve the health services they need in the Dallas, Collin, Denton and Tarrant Counties.

With over 31 years experience as a Case Manager and as a graduate of Capella University specializing in Health Care Administration, she is currently serving as CEO working with a broad spectrum of clients. Among her areas of expertise is working and providing a variety of health services for her clients that also extend to the families ensuring that their health care benefits and other specialized health services are on-going.

Dr. Swan has presented at UT Southwestern Medical Center conferences and to general audiences speaking on her favorite topic, Living wth Lipodytrophy, Understanding People with Disabilities as well as Body and Self-Image topics. Dr. Swan is an interactive, solution-focused motivator speaker.  As clients work with her, they will learn that her direct approach is to provide support and practical feedback to help them live independently in the community and effectively address personal life challenges as she has overcome. She integrates complementary methodologies and techniques to offer a highly personalized approach tailored to each client. With compassion and understanding, she works with the clients to help build on their strengths and attain the personal growth they are committed to accomplishing.
